SYNOPSIS:

Founded in 1911, Strathcona Provincial Park has enough stories to last a lifetime. The 250,000 hectares of wilderness is a recreation and mountaineering mecca and for many, a vast playground to explore. Over the course of 9 episodes, we will take you deep into the Vancouver Island alpine, from the rugged peaks of the Golden Hinde, to the calm shores of Bedwell Lake, as we explore the places, characters, and stories that have shaped the outdoor culture of British Columbia’s oldest park.
